1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how Elevator Advertising Network ("EAN," "we," "us," "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you visit our website, contact us, request advertising information, or otherwise interact with us online.

2. Information You Provide

Depending on how you interact with our website, we may collect information you provide directly, such as:

We only collect the categories of information above that are actually requested through our website's contact and checkout forms.

3. Information Collected Automatically

Like most websites, normal web-server and hosting technology may automatically log limited technical information when you visit, such as IP address, browser type, device type, approximate location derived from IP address, and the date and time of your visit. This website does not currently have dedicated analytics or advertising-tracking software installed. If that changes, this section will be updated to accurately reflect the technology in use.

4. How Information Is Used

We may use the information we collect to:

5. Payment Information

Payments for advertising services are processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. Payment card information you enter at checkout is collected and processed by Stripe and is also subject to Stripe's own privacy policy. EAN does not directly collect or store full credit or debit card numbers.

6. How Information May Be Shared

We may share information with service providers who perform services on our behalf, including payment processing (Stripe), website hosting, form-submission delivery, and similar operational functions necessary to run our business. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law or legal process, protect our rights or security, investigate fraud or misuse, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, sale, or other business transaction.

EAN does not sell personal information for money. We do not share your information with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.

7. Cookies and Analytics

Cookies are small text files a website may store on your device to help it function or to remember information about your visit. Our website does not currently use dedicated tracking or advertising cookies, and no analytics or advertising pixel (such as Google Analytics or a social media pixel) is currently installed on this site. Our payment processor's checkout page, which is hosted on Stripe's own domain, may set its own cookies as part of secure payment processing and fraud prevention; that use is governed by Stripe's privacy policy, not this one.

8. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect the information we collect. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including to maintain business and billing records, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements, consistent with applicable legal and business requirements.

10. Privacy Rights

Depending on where you reside and applicable law, you may have rights regarding your personal information, such as the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you've provided to us. To submit a privacy request, contact us using the information in Section 15 below.

11. New Jersey and U.S. Privacy

EAN is based in New Jersey, United States. We are not currently confirming that EAN is subject to any particular comprehensive U.S. state privacy statute, as applicability can depend on business size and data-processing thresholds that may change over time. Regardless, we intend to honor applicable privacy rights required by law where they apply to us.

12. Children's Privacy

Our website and advertising services are intended for businesses and adults, and are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this website. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us using the information in Section 15 below so we can address it.

13. Third-Party Websites

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. Any information you provide on those websites is governed by their own privacy practices, not this Policy.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by an updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
